Reporting provides an overview of your Tines tenant and action-level reporting. Reports include:

  • Story usage

  • Time-saved per Story

  • Most activity by:

    • Story

    • Action

    • Credential

    • Resource

You can filter reports by team or timeframe.

The time-saved report requires you to configure parameters in the action status tab of the Storyboard. Time-saved reports do not work on draft Stories. Your Story must be shared with a team to configure monitoring.

Add reporting to an action

Configuring time-saved reports happens at the action-level. This allows you to accurately report the amount of time an action saves relative to if you took that action manually.

  1. Open the Storyboard and choose the action you want to monitor

  2. Choose the status tab in the properties pane

  3. Click the + sign next to reporting to add your benchmark

  4. Choose the unit (minutes or seconds) and input the value (i.e., 1, 2, 30)

And that's it! As your actions with reporting run, the accumulated data will display on the reporting overview chart.

More categories will be added to this graph as more metrics are added.
