Case IDs are sequential integers; unique within each team. When a new case is created, the next available number in the sequence for that team is assigned. For example, Team A has cases 1

. A user creates a new case in Team B, it gets case_id: 4
. The same case ID cannot exist across multiple teams in the same tenant.
