Freshservice is a cloud-based IT Help Desk and service management solution that enables organizations to simplify their IT operations. The solution offers features that include a ticketing system, self-service portal and knowledge-base.
First, get a Freshservice AP key
Login to your Freshservice portal
Click on the user menu and then click "Profile Settings"
Copy your API key
Lastly, create a Freshservice credential in Tines
Login to your Tines tenant
Navigate to the team that will be using the API and click "Credentials"
Click "+ New Credential" and select "Text"
Input the values for the Freshservice credential
Name: Freshservice
Description: Optional
Value: Your API key
Optional
Domains: Ensure this credential can only be used when making HTTP requests to specific domains.
Access: What other teams can also use the API
Click "Save"
