Tines can promote existing users to tenant owners for your tenant. Contact Tines Support and provide the following information:
The full tenant URL. (i.e.
https://your-tenant-domain.tines.com
)The user's email tied to the account within the tenant.
Someone within the tenant (it cannot be the requester) will need to provide us with a secondary approval for this change. They can send an email to support@tines.com that states “I approve (user's email here) to be added as a tenant owner."
Once we have obtained this information, our team can begin processing your request. Requests can typically take up to 48 business hours to complete.
